Excited about this one, apart from the financial hit.
- SvR 2011 was one of the last games for PS2, so it has been very elusive. Unfortunately only the next gen version of the game got the Canadian-only Bret Hart cover but I’m thinking about scanning my 360 copy and making+printing my own custom one for PS2 just for the sake of it.
- SvR2010 is the last one I need to complete the mainline WWE PS2 catalog!
- Galactic Muscle was the last AKI PS2 game I needed in my collection, and I’m super excited to run it and case study it in comparison to the rest of the AKI library.
- Aeon Flux is a movie tie in game to a movie I haven’t seen, but looking at the screenshots on the back, there was some really cool urban sci-fi shit and I thought fuck it, 2000’s 3rd person shooter slop always has the chance to be novel, even if just to enjoy some corpo signage lore.
It wouldn’t be a haul without Eden’s Pokemon tax, so here you go.

Super excited to have pulled a Fritticci Capricci holo, but Trallilo Tralala was clutch. Cybertruck Pigeon is cool with its non-functional slop windows, and Trombonini Linguini was a special treat with his extra set of pupilless eyes. Tiramisu is cute too. This whole set is absolutely bullshit and I’m pissed off majority of them don’t even rhyme or have alliteration or any of the shit IB is supposed to be. The shark was jumped ages ago and these cards just hurt my feelings.
Ok, actual Pokemon tax tho cuz Eden pulled HEAT today:

This is the second Destined Rivals pack with Giovanni on the front that she’s gotten a dope pull from.
cheers,
calv
